I cannot praise the chaps at Warlands highly enough. Steve and his team were brilliant with me as I took so long to decide finally to buy a Brompton, hindered by my own insecurities and old injuries. They couldn't have been more patient, kind and knowledgeable and now I'm the proud owner of a Turkish Green M6L and loving it. I would thoroughly recommend Warlands without hesitation.
I always receive excellent service here; particularly this morning stopping by with a small issue with bike brakes. They were able to (successfully) apply a quick fix there and then with no fuss. Would always recommend

Great bike shop in the centre of town, I've only made minor purchases from the shop and the guys have carried out some minor tune up work on one of my bikes, so I can't speak for after purchase care on bikes. They are always willing to take the time to help and offer advice even when it doesn't end in a purchase which I really value. Overall recommended.
Really helpful staff, a terribly stuck part had bogged down my home-repair for hours and these guys got it loose in 5 minutes! Sometimes I guess it's best to leave it to the pros. Thank you so much!

We booked a 3hour tour through Oxford (21 £ per person), and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Our tour guide was Rich, a great guy who knows the area inside out. He is from the are and shares many interesting stories and details, with pub recommendations. He has a real sense of humou. In a short period we feel we got to know Oxford. The bikes were excellent (being Dutch we think we know a good bike when we see one). We can recommend this tour to anyone.
We booked a bike tour and had a great time. The guide was friendly and informative and the price was good. I recommend the bike tour 5 stars.

Bike was perfect for the conditions and general rides around town and countryside. The bluetooth lock system worked like a charm. It was a bit pricey, though.
App easy to use and understand. Access to help could be easier. Bikes found ok and released although the unlock icon does not appear until you are at the bike.Bike seat lose loose and seat post slipped down when riding. Overall very convenient.
